Running in the Garden of the Gods...
Yesterday I had the chance to run the 30th edition of the Garden of the God’s 10 Mile Run. It is truly a great place to run. The scenery was amazing and running with about 2000 other people was great fun. The course was very challenging with lots of up and lots of down. I was pleased with my performance—running in the top third of the race. As many of you know, running is my weakness in triathlons. In training I have felt that my running has been coming along pretty well, so a good result in running race is good considered good news to these old bones.
