If you have a Tri bike frame and need a build kit, I have a brand new, unused kit for sale. This came off a Cannondale Slice 5 08 and I am a SRAM user so I used my existing parts. It includes:

Mavic Aksium Race wheels with 12-25 105 cassette and Maxxis Fuse training tires (reflector and plastic guard are still in place!)
Shimano Dura Ace Bar End Shifters with cables (in box)
Shimano 105 front and rear derailleurs
