Specialized HED 3-spoke 700c wheelset. Rare clincher set! Currently has an 8 speed cassette I believe you can run up to a 10s Shimano/Sram cassette. Good shape all around, they are used wheels and show normal superficial signs of use. Bearings still feel good. Wheels are within I'd say 1mm front and rear, barely noticeable. For the age it's to be expected.
