-Enve 1.0 Road fork with 1.125 steer tube (this is the lighter than the standard Enve 2.0 Road fork); and

Steer tube has just a tad under 7 cm above headset
The stays clear 28c Conti GP5000 tire mounted on a rim with 24 mm outer width with at least 2.5 mm on either side. That's the tire I've been using on this bike, and there has been no rubbing.
This builds up to a 16.5 lb bike with 11-speed Chorus, normal-weight contact points (incl. pedals), and Eurus wheels.
