PLEASE BUY THIS. $699 for dual leg power is a great deal. These go for more than double the price new.

Yup, it's an extra long 30mm spindle so it fits EVERYTHING.

My tri bike has an english threaded bottom bracket, could I make this work with the appropriate bottom bracket?

Yes you can. The bottom bracket is 40 dollars, so not much more than regular.
