Can I go and train with you? That sounds like an awesome experience. I wish the cross bike was a 54. I am interested in both of the shoes. Can you email me or post pictures? mickeyedlin at gmail dot com.

Ok, so below are a bunch of pics that I somehow managed to totally oddly format.

Now, details. Yes I will remove the numbers and residue from the helmets.
The insoles of the shoes have never been used. I take the green insoles so these are totally fresh and smell like a fresh summer evening.
The helmets are size M and the TT2 comes with a case, S-works with a bag.
Shoes are size 9 or 42.

Next, not to be a total ass but I have literally been hammered by inquiries about the helmets, and shoes.
The TT2 retails for $250
The S-Works road retails for $230
The S-works road shoes retail for $350
The Trivent shoes retail for $170

Evidently I was a bit too conservative with pricing. I would just let it slide but I just saw all the emails/inquiries, I was training. Several literally came in on the same minute, wierd eh?

So, I think I have to go with best offer. Like I said I kind of feel like an ass but at least I'm not saying, "ok the new TT2 price is $248.50".

Please let me know if there are any questions of if I just made some "enemy lists".

Thanks, Jimmy

Ok,

Here are some updates/changes.

First, the Speedsuit is a SMALL not a Medium. I will put up new pics but it is in identical condition, actually used fewer times.
The medium was Cam Dye's suit that was still at my house, oops.

Next. So far I have had offers of:
  • $100 for the road shoes.
  • $150 for the TT2 helmet.
  • $100 for the S-Works road helmet
  • $75 for the Trivent shoes.

Finally, I have done some more research on the SL2. I've found similar bikes going for $4500-8000 (don't know what was with the $8k, but Cancellara must have signed it or something). So, I think my price is fair. But, I am open to offers within that range.

Thanks again for the interest. And Thanks very much for all the well wishes toward the trip I'm planning and my progression as an athlete. It's good to have support.

Unfortunately nothing you have would fit me, but I'd hate to see someone miss out on a good opportunity. Do you have paypal or anything so I can send you money for your voyages?

Nick

Nick,

Wow! I'm speachless (and anyone who knows me will tell you that is a hard thing to achieve). Um...THANKS.

I'll pm you with the paypal info. But, honestly, I want you to know you don't have to donate anything if you don't want.

However, if so, let me know what script you want your name in for my uniform ;)

Transition UPDATE:

I was polishing up the Transition Pro I'm selling and noticed a small issue. The "wing" behind the fork is dinged. Meaning, when my bike was knocked off the rack at Chicago (I assume it was knocked off as it was on the ground when I came back after the run) the fork turned enough to impact the wing, about 90+ degrees.

This is something not uncommon with the modern aero bikes since these aero wings limit maximal fork rotation. The ding in the wing is not a structural issue. The wings are purely aero not structurall. In fact some teams have just cut them off various brands of bikes to suit the every changing UCI rules in the Pro Tour.

On my bike the aero wing's "aero-ness" is not inhibited. It is purely cosmetic.

Anyway, here are a couple of pics.

This is a side frontal view

This is a shot from under.

This thing is really stable. I've never had a death woble on any decent ;)

I'm out of classifieds practice, sorry.

As for shipping I will not be including that. I can ship anywhere but prefer the US. UPS for a bike is usually $50-100 depending on distance from CO.

I prefer to use pay pal for payment.

As for the Transition. I would like to keep the price at $2000 considering the minor damage. Currently the best offer is $1500. Like I said above. I just noticed this. It is actually minor, I'm not covering anything up. From the side its nearly un detectable. But it is there. Thanks for the understanding.

ANOTHER Specialized Transition Pro!

I've had a lot of size questions and happen to have access to a size Large to go along with my XL

Below are pictures of my roommate/Specialized tri teammate Kristen Peterson's Transition Pro she is selling.

Here bike has the same specs as mine except she is selling with Mavic Cosmic Carbones.

So:

Specialized Transition Pro
  • Asking $3000
  • Size L (the 2 position post and stem are very adjustable for fit)
  • SRAM Red rear d
  • SRAM Force front D (the one you want since its stiffer and just as light as the red)
  • SRAM Bar end shifters
  • Specialized Transition pro, Carbon 2 piece crank/BB, stem, frame, fork, seatpost, and brakes
  • Vision TriMax Plus one piece aero-bar
  • Vision brake levers
  • Specialized Tri-tip saddle
  • Mavic Cosmic Carbone Wheelset with Sram 11-26 1070 cassette

All,

I am going to be finalizing and shipping stuff tomorrow. The Transition XL is being bid on by a few people.

The Transition L is available

The Tarmac is available and I'll consider offers down to $4500.

The BMC mtb is also available and I'll entertain offers there as well.

Thanks.

Hello, all.

I've been having computer issues. Damn Vaio seems to have a 3 year lifespan.

Things have been nuts. I am attempting to follow up with who bought what and when etc. I know many of you are waiting. Please message or email me if you are waiting to hear back and still following this thread.

Also the road bike is up for auction on ebay at:
http://cgi.ebay.com/...LX:IT#ht_2311wt_1137

I will be posting the mtb there as well. If you're not interested please pass on the link to anyone you know who might be.

I'm planning on leaving first week of June so time is short.

Thanks.
