Winter Triathlon and Off-Season Training Seminar
8.00am-5.45pm - January 24, 2009 – Gunstock Inn, Gilford, NH
7.5 USAT CEU's - $145 (including breakfast and lunch)
This one-day seminar is designed to provide both coaches and athletes the knowledge to better understand the training and techniques involved in winter triathlon and off-season workouts and how they can be used to enhance performance in regular triathlon. The morning will be spend indoors covering the theory then in the afternoon we will put it into practice. Open to all from expert winter triathlon coaches to those athletes that have never seen a pair of XC skis before.
Those USAT coaches taking the seminar will be recognized by New England Winter Triathlon (www.WinterTriathlon.org) as having made the effort to become educated in winter triathlon and will be listed on the website as such.
A highly discounted rate is also available for the Gunstock Winter Triathlon the following day for those that sign up only $29
