This frame has been custom made to accept electronic groups, like Di2 and EPS.
Features:
-ENVE Tapered Fork with Chris King headset
-Custom drawn blend of butted 7003 aluminum tubes from Dedacciai
-Integrated Seat Post with Deda seat-topper
-Paint is in GREAT condition. Only tiny marks.
-Fits 25c on 23mm wide rims with no issues. Might fit 27c?.

Measurement info:
- Center of BB to saddle top (Specialized Toupe): 67 1/4CM with the topper extended to what I'd be comfy with. But it's a short topper. A Ritchey or KCNC topper should get you all the height you need, like this: https://fairwheelbikes.com/...aje...ameter:34.9mm/

- From saddle side (flush with the top of the saddle), down to the center of the BB, 66.5cm... With the seat topper at its lowest. The seat mast can be cut down more. Just takes a saw. Or, you can the the ISP, slit the tube, and just run a 31.6 seatpost.
