Chest is about 40", my belt to my shoulders is about 19.5"`s...I wear my pants a little low too. I weight 150lbs, it mostly fits me size wise...maybe a tiny bit big on the shoulders/chest...the biggest problem is how long it is...i`m short...5`7.5"...and refer to the torso measurement as well.
