Shoes are size 42.5 wear and tear as pictured can still be molded to fit. Comes with Specialized blue insoles $40.00 plus shipping CONUS. Cassette is 11 speed 11/25 cassette that came with Wahoo Kicker. I switched the cassette on the Kickr to match my bike after just a couple rides so it probably has less than 50 miles on it, $20.00 plus shipping.

I'm not sure, it came on the Wahoo Kickr I purchased.
