Will disc covers be legal for Usa cycling races this year? for nationals? Thanks

As far as I know they are legal in any event not sponsored by the UCI. Yep rule 1M (b) on pg 51 of the rulebook "There may be no protective shield, fairing, or other device on any part of the bicycle, which has the effect of reducing air resistance except that spoke covers may be used"
