Yes, retail is $279 for the front and $319 for the rear, about $600 for the wheelset.

If you click "Buy Online" for that wheelset, you will see that the wheels are not available. But, if you click on some of the other wheelsets that are available, the lowest price is for the front, and the higher price is for the rear.

However, note that there is a price mismatch between the first URL and the ordering price -- the ordering price is now higher. I think Bontrager just raised the price across the board on all wheelsets, so my wheels may actually have a higher retail now :)
