With the current Cervelo promotion you get back $2000 when you buy 2 Cervelos. Right now the Trek shops in San Diego have 2011 61cm P2C for $1919. Thank means you can pick up two P2C for $3838 then get back $2000 from Cervelo with a net price of $1838 for 2 or $949 each!

Has to be a local pick up. I might be able to help. I'll be in SD the week between Christmas and New Years.

It's $1000 off the original price, which was $2400. So each would be $1400, which is still an outrageous deal on this bike!!

Well it's up to each dealer, they can sell the bike for what they'd like. But the official Cervélo price on the P2 didn't ever go below $2400 to my knowledge.
I'm pretty sure the current list price on the 2011 P2 is still $2400.
