I am a graduate student at East Stroudsburg University in PA. I am doing my graduate research on strength training and triathletes. I am looking for experienced triathletes with at least 2 years experience in triathlons and weight training, and between the ages of 20-37. I am looking for the people to participate in a 12 week program 2 testing weeks and a 10 week intense personalized weight training program. I am looking for people that live in the Pocono Mountain area, Wilkes-barre, Bethlehem, Allentown area. Please reply if interested.
