For sale: 999 Wheelset (700c)
Hi,

having some bad luck jobwise lately I have to part with a brand new set of 999s. They have never even hit the road as I got them too late last season :(

They do have a set of tires on it, but never once were even put in the bike.

Asking $2K Canadian plus Shipping.

Here's the product link:

Hi, Can you send me a few pictures? I assume they are 700c tubulars? Are the wheels scratched/damaged in any way? Thank you.

Hi Jeff,

the wheels are in mint condition, they have never even been in my P3C I never got to try them due to a lack of time.

And yes, they are tubulars (tires included, no cassette).

Send me a PM with your email and I mail you some photos.

I can vouch for the authenticity of the claim that the wheels have never even hit the road... Mike worked for my company while we hit a "labour disruption" last summer. From July to November I don't think any of us (that weren't actually walking a picket line) saw daylight... Poor Mike not only had these wheels, but a freakin brand new P3C that he got on the road i think twice before said strike started... After that it was 16 hr days and no sunlight for all of us management-types. :o(

(Also hence my 14+hr Ironman Canada time :P

Nah... wouldn't want to mess up the bike. Shifting might get sticky... :)

Who needs shifting? It's all in the legs, right?

mmm.. right you are. Who needs GEARS for that matter? Fixed gear going up the side of Richter's Pass on the IMC course sounds like great fun to me! :)
