Linda Sarsour is the hijab-clad doyenne of the leftist "Woman's March" crowd here in the US. How feminist women can square the fact she's a hijab wearer (generally not a good sign that no subjugation of women exists) and is probably a supporter of Islamic, or Sharia, law (“Sharia law is reasonable and once u read into the details it makes a lot of sense. People just know the basics,” Sarsour wrote on social media in 2011), which basically ensures, when followed, that women are subservient, is beyond me. But there you are.
Anyway, in remarks recently given over the whole Israel-Jerusalem-Palestinians never-ending dustup, she said the following:
“Nobody gets to tell an occupied people how to respond to their own oppression and the continued stripping of their humanity, agency and land whether they are Palestinians or not. Nobody. Oppressed people determine how, when and where to resist. They set the parameters.”
In other words, you have no right to tell them they can't kill Jews.
"Politics is just show business for ugly people."
