The one thing that has come out of the last year is that the Republicans have lost all credibility when it comes to the debt and deficits and are no different than the Democrats.
The Democrats increase taxes and increase government spending, the Republicans lower taxes and increase government spending, so future generations can pay.
Take your poison but neither is really comforting but both sides will continue to spin it in their favor.
