I'm looking to buy a new overcoat, in charcoal. It doesn't get that cold here in the south and I haven't purchased one in many years. I don't want to break the bank, just a decent coat at a reasonable price. Jos. A.Bank as well as Michael Kors brand at Macy's are two I've looked at.
Suggestions on either of these or please recommend me one.
Thanks.
Wife gave me a charcoal coat from Jos ABank last year for Christmas, I like it! Only gets really cold a few days a year here in the south so I've only had the chance to wear it a couple of times.
I have a J.Crew Ludlow overcoat with thinsulate, and it's pretty good. I was wearing it in mid-20F temps last week in Russia with no problems.

I got a generic one from my local suit shop for $100. Its very warm and I like it (only downside is its heavy). If you buy one make sure you get one that is full length, the wind cuts through suit pants fairly easily.
