If we hear anything further going beyond the usual coach/athlete danger zone, it will be between an Triathlete and someone high up in the Industry (CEO etc.).
Otherwise there really is no incentive....
I think that is what every industry says and that is how they get away with ignoring it and pretending the issue isn't everywhere. With all the CEO's. Type "A"s, and super power hungry people in triathlon we have my guess is that it is more prevalent than we know....
