WTB TriRig Omega adapter plate for two hole mounting

Looking to buy the adapter plate to mount tri rig brakes onto a two hole direct mount.
Tri rig claims they include it with all brakes but mine must have grown legs and ran away out of the box.
They show them as an item on their website but they do not sell them.

Actually, each brake ships with 2. A shallow and deep bracket. I have one in front of me and believe it's the shallow version. But I don't seem to have the mounting hardware. Let me know if that will work for you or not.

Do you need the shallow, or deep one? I have few and would also just do for postage which is next to nothing. I actually had to use the deep one and grind it down for clearance. If you can do with the shallow ones, I should have 2.

I have one shallow and one deep bracket, both new. But only the M4 hardware. Generally also comes with M5 but I used it.
