I'm 20 days in to an all-animal diet experiment: meat (mostly red), eggs, bacon, fish, broth, butter. (Early on I cheated and ate my side of broccoli.)
I've lost the 10-15 lbs that I gained during a particularly stressful period last year, I have a lot more mental clarity, and my appetite seems to have regulated itself. It's actually the easiest way-of-eating that I've done.
I imagine that I'll go back to eating some veggies and whatnot after this month, but maybe not.
I get that it's radical (relative to the status quo standard american diet), but I don't think it's helpful to dismiss immediately. It seems that a lot of people who have food sensitivities or have trouble digesting starch (etc.), are having great results.
Everyone is different, and different diets are going to work for different people. Just thought I'd share my $.02
