Thanks, Canada.

We have had beautiful sunset and sunrises the last few days. Live 13 miles east of Seattle.

And we haven't officially legalized pot yet!!

I live in Vancouver and have reactive airways so I am not enjoying the smoke. My folks live about 100 km East and it's very bad at their place.

The sun this morning, at six AM, was an amazing blood red that I have never seen before.

I live 150 miles south of the border.

I'm in Victoria. Walking the dog at 6:30 am yesterday and today, the sun was just a blood red orange, almost looked like a harvest moon.

Throat is sore from the smoke, and definitely feel lethargic. Last night's run was brutal.

Long Chile was a silly place.
