Looking at seeing this potentially...is it worth seeing, or is Dunkirk the better option?

Yes I've seen it. Yes worth seeing IMO. 92/90 rotten tomatoes score.
Con: web swinging effects not great (but they are small part of movie), and not enough Aunt May.
Pro: Funny. Real character development.
Peter Parker is sophomore in High School.
Haven't seen Dunkirk.

If you don't get to the theater often I'd see Dunkirk. I wasn't really in the mood for another war movie but it was fantastic in my opinion. Spider-Man was fun, and I appreciated the smaller stage compared to some of the other super hero movies.
