What? It's unique...

If you want a nice Christian name that has stood the test of time go with Damien.

I'm beginning to think that we are much more fucked than I thought.

Skylar is a fine name for kids. But an adult named Skylar? Yikes.

A bunch of those names are names from my kids class this year. My kindergartener had both a Shiloh and Skylar that were both boys.

Total aside. When my first daughter was born. We had decided if it was a boy it would be george. A girl georgina.

There is nothing in the uk that spikes names than royal babies and of course months before ours, will and kate have baby george and we spend months explaining we picked the name yeara ago

We never looked at a book of names

My daughter goes to nursery with cosmo and jacoby

I didn't even add the crazy names. There some doozies here in our little mountain town.

I've got 3 boys... it was progressively harder to name each one. 24 hours after birth for the first, 72'ish for the second and 8 DAYS for the third. Granted we didn't even bring a list to the hospital for 2 & 3 since #1's name wasn't on the list we brought with us. Now with our daughter (who just turned 4 months), she had a name the second she was laid on my chest, even though we didn't know that she was a girl until she was born). She just looked like the girl name I'd obsessed over for nearly 3 years! Boy names are hard!!

Wyatt, Virgil, James. (Morgan is a trendy name) //

We decided to go with the old west outlaw names for our 3. Wyatt, Jesse, Morgan, one was a girl so thankfully we had a couple that could go either way.. One of my best friends twins are Cole and Luke, so we almost have the makings of an OK Corral reenactment.

I've always liked Georgie as a diminutive for Georgina - very English. Not quite as much as I like Charlie as a diminutive for Charlotte, but that's because I dated a really hot woman who went by Charlie the year I studied in England, lots of pints of Boddingtons and bad behavior with her...

I have 2 hypothetical girl's names picked out. No boys

maybe she's born with it, maybe it's chlorine

We weren't really expecting baby #4, and I figured I just had a cool girls name that would never get used. Then after getting pregnant again I was convinced it was going to be boy #4. So glad I not only got to use the name but that we didn't take a month to name her seeing as how each kid before took exponentially longer to name!!

Baby names can be hard because you want something a little different but not weird. I wanted to go with Oliver for our oldest boy but the wife shot that down and we went with Ethan. 7 years later the name has gotten really popular and our dog is the only Oliver I've ever met.

Oliver is a boy's name. Ethan is a man's name. You made a great choice, I think! (Still, it's no Wigbert)

I suggest that you go old school and look for a name of your grandparents or great grandparents. It also makes for a good story if you can relate it back to your heritage. We have used Leighton and Blair as family names that have followed each generation and each have family significance.

Those crazy Canucks. Just as I suggested in my earlier post; let the baby decide it's sex.
