I thought I remember reading somewhere that the reason we have Vitamin D added to milk was to prevent Ricketts which was mainly a problem of urban black kids?

Never looked into whether that was true or not, but it would suggest milk in it's modern form is more beneficial for black kids than white kids.

In context, they claim that since there is a lower incidence of osteoporosis amongst the black population versus the white population, then the pushing milk in the public forum is racist. Black people don't need it as much. The incidence of skin cancer and skin damage which could be treated/ prevented via sunscreen is significantly lower amongst the black population than the white population. And, most sunscreens are white. Using similar logic used to call milk racist can be applied to call sunscreen racist.
