Watched it last night. Thought it was extremely good, certainly the best of the 3 Wolverine spin-offs, and one of the best of the whole franchise. Hadn't realised going in that it had been given a higher rating than the other X-Men movies, the violence was a significant step up as a result. Great performances by Jackman and Stewart, and yes Dafne Keen was fantastic. Be interesting to see where her career goes from here. I did really struggle to make out the dialogue at times, I'm not sure whether that was down to poor sound editing or could have been the cinema I was in, as I've not been there before.

I guess that's got to be the last of the X-men films featuring the original cast, but if so then it's a good way to wrap it up.

Seriously. All we can get out of slowguy is ''pretty good, go see it"?

On the agenda for the weekend, though.
