This is one I cannot tolerate. "This" being how people use college as some kind of qualification for an executive job or role. Because, what you did as a 19-22 year old matters greatly 30, 40, 50 years later.
Yeah, it's a good thing there aren't positions that actually require a college degree. That would be stupid, since academic credentials are a worthless metric for anyone over 30.
