Disneyland is just a terrible place, but you have to do it for your kids at least once.

My advice, leave some good alcohol in your car along with your jacket (or a kid's jacket). When it starts to get cold, you have an excuse to take the tram back to the car to get the jacket. Then drink your beverage -- even pour some into a water bottle for the tram ride back to the entrance. Ditch bottle in the trash just before going back in. The beauty of this is you can have a drink while getting about an hour away from the wife and kids.
