Justice Department's grants immunity to Clinton aides

All that's left is for Obama to pardon Hillary for any crimes she "may" have committed...

"The Hillary Clinton campaign on Sunday defended the Justice Department's decision to grant immunity to Cheryl Mills and other Clinton aides in the FBI’s investigation into Clinton's use of a private server system while secretary of state.

Clinton campaign strategist Joel Benenson told “Fox News Sunday” that such deals are “fairly routine” and pressed the point that Mills received only “limited immunity.”

Revelations about Mills, a chief of staff for Clinton at the State Department, and two other staffers being granted immunity as part of the FBI probe emerged last week in an Associated Press interview with House oversight committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah.

Benenson said such immunity is granted to encourage witnesses to cooperate by ensuring them that anything uncovered in their files outside the scope of the investigation cannot be used against them."

"The great pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do."

The "immunity" defense works for foreign countries (cough*Saudi*cough) so why not U.S government officials...

Mr. Comey said, “we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts.

Maybe because we already gave everyone immunity (in exchange for what we may never know).

Paul Combetta, a computer specialist with no security clearance but he and the people at Platte River Networks had access to Clintons private server.
Bryan Pagliano, a tech expert who set up Clintons email. He refused a subpoena by congress and now is in contempt for it.
Cheryl Mills, Hillary's former chief of staff
Ms Mills gave federal investigators access to her laptop on the condition that what they found couldn't be used against her.
John Bentel, then-director of the State Department's office of information resources management
Heather Samuelson, a senior adviser to Mrs Clinton

None of these people will talk to the over sight committee even though they have immunity so we may never know the truth.

"This was in fact so highly irregular that Jason Chaffetz, chair of the House Oversight Committee, pronounced himself “absolutely stunned” by the FBI’s granting of immunity to Cheryl Mills – which he learned of only on Friday. “No wonder they couldn’t prosecute a case,” Rep. Chaffetz observed of Comey’s Bureau: “They were handing out immunity deals like candy.”

Probably the real reason they didn't want to prosecute :
Everyone knew-
"Most intriguing, however, is the revelation that Hillary was communicating with President Obama via personal email, and he was using an alias. The alias he used with Hillary, and apparently others, was withheld by the FBI, and let it be said the fact that the president wanted to disguise his identity in unclassified email is not all that odd.
What is odd, however, is the fact that Obama previously told the media that he only learned of Hillary’s irregular email and server arrangements from “news reports.” How the president failed to notice that he was emailing his top diplomat at her personal, clintonmail.com address, not a state.gov account, particularly when they were discussing official business, is something Congress may want to find out – since certainly the FBI won’t."
