Summer multi day hikes

I'm looking for some good trails (5-10 days) that are fun to do in the summer. Less worried about heat than bugs. Any suggestions? Thanks.

You mean backpacking?

Or just a bunch of day hikes?

Duffy, could be. Wouldn't mind a backpacking hike, or setting up a camp that had multiple out and backs.

We just returned from Crater Lake, OR. A little buggy right now but the snow is starting to melt off. In another month it would be great for hiking in and around the PCT. We also enjoyed Smith Rock SP for a day hike right up the road. We were told the Newberry Volcano area has some great hikes.

Shenandoah would be great right now since the trees are shaking off Winter. We did that in April but it was too early. But it's crowded now with day hikers and App Trail section/thru hikers. Shenandoah gives plenty of places to stop, eat, refuel, etc.

Would like to do the Lost Coast in Cali at some point.

Set up in Jasper National Park in Canada. You'll have a bevy of choices for backpacking routes or day hikes. Went there the past two summers, and will miss it this summer.

Did an awesome 4 night trip into the Never Summer Range just to the west of Rocky Mountain National Park a loooong time ago. It was awesome. Actually parked the car at a trailhead inside the park, then hiked west out of the park. Did a loop hike that went west, north, and then back to the trail head. Fantastic. Several times the trail was on top of a knife edge ridge that fell away a thousand feet on each side. Highly recommended.
