I bought this Gipiemme 716 Aero Wheelset (clincher) a year ago (used) for a bike build, and they have been a great set of bullet proof wheels. I considered using them for cross, but decided that someone would want them for a set of very inexpensive aero wheels.

They seem nearly identical to the old Shamals in weight, shape, etc. They retail for around $600 new.

They weigh around 2000g for the set, so they are a bit heavy, but spin up great, and look great. I am parting out some bike pieces, so these are up on the block for sale.
