1. around 140-150 lbs. normally proportioned
2. 160-175 lbs., bigger on the bottom than on the top

if you are a WOMAN who is:

1. 130-140 lbs., normally proportioned.
2. same size, but large in the shoulders
3. 155-175, normally proportioned
