My SL2 with integrated BB and crank is about 1 year old but I've haven't ridden much during this cold winter and have been out of the country this spring.

All in all it probably has 300 miles on it, has never been crashed and is in excellent shape.

Although I can ride the 56, my legs aren't really that long and a 54 would allow me to get much more aero.
I would like to see if anyone is interested in trading frames, I'm open to all brands.
