I am willing to cut it in half and put the two pieces on hinges so it opens up or I can give one seller roadway rights and the other waterway rights.

Sorry Jack it has been sold.
It is the bridge John Cobb holds all other bridges against when he test the torsional and head on yaw angles. Plus the wire to hold it together was made right here in Trenton N.J. at the Roebling factory. Mr. Roebling son as fate would have it was one of the passengers on the Titanic when it went down.
