Has to be ~600grams or lighter, 172.5mm arm length, compact rings (or ability to change to compact rings), newer than 2008, like new or new, use a "Mega-exo" style external bearing cup (english, like shimano, FSA, etc.).

Looking to spend <$300, depending on condition, and quality.
