Frame has chainsuck damage along the chainstay. It happened about 4 years ago right after I built it due to a maladjusted front mech. I've ridden it off and on for the last 3-4 years for many thousands of miles with no problems at all but it probably should be repaired by calfee.
I think repairs would be around $200 but you have to check with them.
