WTB: MTB disc brakes/calipers and Shimano RD
Quote | Reply
I've got a Fuji Tahoe 29'r with Sram X5. Shifts fine, but I don't care for the shifting mechanism so I bought some XT Hydraulic levers. Now I'm looking for some compatible calipers to match it. This bike is ridden maybe 3 times a month so I'm not looking to break the bank. If you've got something that will fit, let me know. Just OEM calipers would be fine. My rotors are 160/185mm.

I also need a decent RD. LX or above is fine. Again, this is just a mess around bike so used is fine.

Thanks.

bummer, I have some pre-bled disc brakes (calipers and levers) that I need to get rid of.

Well, I'm new to the sport and don't know much about the whole hydro system. Is everything interchangeable? Like can I put the calipers and hoses on my levers?

if they are shimano levers then yes you can, but mine are already all put together so all you have to do is mount them.

Thanks for the offer, but that's a little more than I want to spend for them.
