The bars were upgraded at purchase to a vision tech ski bend, also the cranket and bottom bracket were swapped out to a standard shimano 105 w/ 39 - 53 rings.
Wheels are some used training clinchers I had around, they are a couple years old 32 spoke mavic ultegra w/ some decent folding tires and 12-25 10 speeds cassette. They are in good shape and are easy to maintain. The bike has less than 100 miles on it, It did not fit me right.
Complete, but no pedals -- or I can sell w/o wheels at discount
