WTB: TT budget frame that fits
Hi there, Couldn't get one on my first post because of people sending me bikes well over my budget. I'm 5'11'', with a 37inseam and a 59cm short torso. I'll like something that fits, not abused and availabe for shipping to zip code 00917, yes that's Puerto Rico. If it's over $800 don't bother Thanks...

I don't think a $900 without shipping frame is something that can be call "budget". But thanks anyways

Holding a ruler as tight as I could between my legs and up againts my *genital area*, measure from the ruler to the floor. Is that incorrect? Thanks for asking

As long as the ruler is level. I use a large cutting board so I can place it against the wall have a level measurement.

I've got no frame's for you... sorry. At least not TT frames.

Just throwing in a good word for ClimbandCycle. I can vouch for this bike not being ridden much ;-) He takes good care of his stuff, too.
