I'm helping a friend build his first road bike. Right now we have the frame and fork and some spare parts I had sitting around -- seatpost, saddle, bars, etc.

This guy doesn't have much in the way of disposable income but I'd love to get him out on the road. PM me if you have an inexpensive Shimano group that would work on an older Cannondale.
