2002 season Ritchey Roots Team mountain bike - size Large (about a 20 - 20.5" frame).
Frame is by Devinci, welded aluminum hardtail, normal MTB XC geometry. Will fit riders 5'10 - 6'2". Custom paint job for Ritchey Roots MTB team, blue, silver & red. Frame has dent in top of top tube (pictured), about 6" back from the head tube. Dent is not structural (doesn't impact frames ride or durability), but it's not attractive.
Bike has seen roughly 1/2 a season of mtb XC racing, and it's got the little chips & wear to show it. Great bike, handles well and will get you out on the trails (or even race it) for cheap.
Components are SRAM X.9 9 speed gripshifters, derailleurs. Ritchey WCS wheels, crankset, Pro bar & stem, bar-ends. Brakes are Avid single digit levers & the lighter ti linear pull ("V") brakes. Tires are Continental Vertical Pro 2.2, about 50% life left in them (great tires for the loose sand in NM).
Fork is Rock Shox Sid Carbon Race, was only available to sponsored teams at the time. Comparable to current XC race level forks. Will include shock pump.
Seat is Fizik Nisene Ti, seatpost is black Sette airshock suspension, pedals are Ritchey WCS. Includes a Lizard Skinz chainstay cover
