The Sergio is out training now. When The Sergio trains, the world waits in baited breath to know if the session was good. I am nervous!!!


Yesterday was the double long run... What's on the schedule today??? Some ST members prefer to know what he's eaten for breakfast or what he's wearing, I prefer to know how he trains and what type of workout he does.
