Thanks for asking. I had a pretty good day, and managed to win despite the 108 degree weather, a flatted tubular in my warmup, and having to find a new front wheel when the rim pulled off my H3 2 days before the race.

My "old-guy" time put me in the top 5 overall for the day, and I probably could have gone a little faster - I slowed down after I realized I was going to catch 2nd place shortly after the turnaround. I was on a sub 52 pace at the turnaround, and didn't want to risk blowing when I knew I had the race won.

*EDIT* I didn't finish in the 52s, I shut it down and tempo-ed in in the 54s, it was just too damn hot to risk blowing up when I had the race won - sorry about that, didn't realize how misleading the above statement reads...
