If you are 200 lbs, I would recommend that you consider something more durable. I'm in that weight range myself, and I have beaten the hell out of my Mavic Ksyriums, and they are still true and ride great. A rare combination of light weight and durability.

You would have to look for a used pair, however, and even then $500 might be a little low. I assume you mean $500 for both wheels?
