Not sure if this is still a thing. I never thought I'd do this but here goes. I dont have any great pics of my position but can probably screen shot if someone willing to look/critique.
I assume if I get my watts up, I'd be faster. Not exactly sure how to do that. (more riding?, more sub threshold?, higher cadence?)
