But since you asked, you can only have a quickie if you have a gf/bf, so that leaves me out because as a single guy, I tend to set up camp between the legs of my hottie of choice and go all night, I like to savor my experience ;)

I have horrible back problems but I have zero problems staying in an aero position for 180k. Why? Because I ride steep and because I train regularly in that position. Simple as that.....Gerard
