This is a distinct possibility with all attenuated virus vaccinations, since it would require a superinfection with another Varicella virus, e.g. the CMV, EBV or HHV6, 7 ("Herpes").
That is why there is still research to develop better vaccines and attenuated virus vaccines are no longer state of the art.
On a side note: Varicella zoster is the virus responsible for both "chickenpox" AND "shingles". "Shingles" is just the resurrection of the dormant virus.
