Thanks, Allen. In that case, with 5 weeks to go I think your suggestion of dropping back to week 3 is the right way to go (with your new FTP). This way, you'll get weeks 3, 5 & 6 for some additional loading and then have your 2 weeks of taper leading up to your race.
