3/4 cup whole oats and 1 tablespoon of oat bran boiled in 1 1/8 cup water. Add 1 scoop unflavored why protein powder, 1 tablespoon of half & half, 1 teaspoon light butter w/ canola oil, a dash of cinnamon, and 2 scoops brown sugar. It's a lot of carbs, but I'm worth it. lol
