Dev,

To meet this challenge, I've decided to turn my 40-minute morning walks with the dog to a run. This morning Bumpass and I surpassed our usual time of 40 minutes and went 50, but there was one pit stop and a couple unplanned squirrel chases. During these moments, I plan to keep moving my feet or just subtract a few minutes from my overall time. Hope this sounds fair, as I will still plan to run on my own most afternoons for 100 days.

Hope everyone can keep up!

Bumpass, after a run!

the rules are simple; catch squirrel, get credit. no catch squirrel, no get credit.

No squirrels here so I'm changing SQUIRREL to IGUANA. :) Course, he has yet to catch one. They run surprisingly fast. When we have a hurricane we all sardine in the concrete room at the back. This was during hurricane Rina. He's a small dog but runs 20k+ a week.

and while he hates the water, it doesn't keep the kids from taking him out in it...
